God's Love Children's Ministry (GLCM) in Uganda is a beacon of hope for orphans, street children, abandoned kids, and widows in the Jinja District, Mafubira Subcounty. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where these vulnerable individuals can find solace, support, and a path to a brighter future. Through our dedicated team of four workers, we strive to make a meaningful difference in their lives by addressing their immediate needs and empowering them for long-term success.

Our team, comprised of Moreen Naigaga, Muhammad Kigundu, Derick Yakuwa, and Robert Yakuwa, is the heart and soul of GLCM. Their unwavering commitment and compassion drive our mission forward. Moreen, with her nurturing spirit, ensures that the children receive the emotional support and care they need. Muhammad focuses on the logistical aspects, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated to meet the needs of our community. Derick and Robert work tirelessly to provide educational support and life skills training, empowering the children to pursue their dreams and build a better future. Together, this dedicated team creates a loving and stable environment that fosters growth and healing.

GLCM's impact extends beyond immediate care to encompass long-term transformation. By providing access to education, healthcare, and emotional support, we equip the children with the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty and become self-reliant. Supporting the Widows of our Community

God's Love Children's Ministry (GLCM) in Uganda not only provides a safe haven for orphans and vulnerable children but also extends its compassionate outreach to the widows of our community. In the Jinja District, Mafubira Subcounty, many widows face extreme hardship and marginalization, struggling to provide for themselves and their families after the loss of their spouses. GLCM recognizes the critical need to support these women, offering them hope, resources, and opportunities to rebuild their lives. Our programs are designed to empower widows, enabling them to achieve economic independence and improve their overall quality of life.

At GLCM, we provide widows with essential resources such as food, clothing, and medical care, ensuring their immediate needs are met. Our dedicated team, understanding the unique challenges faced by these women, offers emotional support and counseling to help them cope with their loss and navigate their new reality. Through community-building activities and support groups, widows find a sense of belonging and solidarity, knowing they are not alone in their struggles. These initiatives foster a supportive network where widows can share their experiences, gain strength from one another, and build resilience together.

Beyond addressing immediate needs, GLCM is committed to empowering widows through education and skill-building programs. We offer vocational training in areas such as tailoring, craft-making, and small-scale farming, equipping widows with the skills necessary to generate income and support their families.
